Aunt Katherine's Fabulous Fudge


Fudge is so good. I love fudge (not to be confused by Judy Blume's books). Today me and my mother made Aunt Katherine's Fabulous Fudge.

  • mixing bowl (one from a mixer works fine)
  • long spoon
  • Duncan Hines chocolate frosting (16 oz.)
  • Hershey's milk chocolate chips (2cups)
  • microwave
  • oven mitt (optional)
  • wax paper
  • cooling rack
  1. Pour chocolate chips and frosting into bowl. Stir until mixed. 
  2. Put concoction in microwave for 2 minutes or until melted and soft.
  3. Using oven mitt, take fudge out and set on table. Put wax paper on cooling rack.
  4. Stir concoction for about 30 seconds. Using spoon, pour substance onto cooling rack.
  5. Put into fridge to harden. It took about 40 minutes for ours to harden, but it may depend on your fridge.
